All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per order;

  • Refuse or cancel Orders at Our discretion.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations may occur.

All prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).

If applicable, VAT is included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The price applicable to Your Order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods available on the Website.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. We do not store or have access to Your full card details.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud;

  • Request additional identity verification where necessary.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. An Order is only accepted once You receive an official order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel Orders due to:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Pricing or technical errors;

  • Payment authorization failure;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled Order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

​8. Delivery Policy

Delivery is currently available within the Kingdom of Bahrain only.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days (unless otherwise stated).

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or force majeure events.

Risk and responsibility for the Products pass to You upon delivery to the provided address.

​9. Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Product must be unused and in original packaging;

  • Proof of purchase must be provided;

  • The Product must not be damaged due to misuse.

Non-returnable items (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days;

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only;

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective or incorrect.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate any disputed or chargeback transaction.

If a chargeback is initiated fraudulently or without valid reason, We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend the Customer account;

  • Recover associated costs;

  • Take legal action if necessary.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Bahraini law.

  • Your breach of these Terms;
