This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://www.avadgate.bh/ and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

AAVAD GATE TRADING W.L.L operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain and is committed to providing fair and transparent return procedures.

  1. 1. Scope

This policy applies to physical goods purchased through our Website and delivered within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

  1. 2. Right to Return

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product is defective;

  • The product does not match the description or specifications displayed at the time of purchase;

  • The product is damaged upon delivery;

  • The incorrect item was delivered.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  1. 3. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition (unless defective);

  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included;

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

The following may not be eligible for return unless defective:

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery;

  • Items altered by the Customer;

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  1. 4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery;

  • Provide order number and clear photos (if reporting defect or damage).

Once the request is approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided;

  • Items must be returned in accordance with the instructions given.

Return shipping costs:

  • Covered by the Company if the return is due to defect, damage, or incorrect item;

  • May be borne by the Customer if the return is for other approved reasons.

  1. 5. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the eligibility conditions stated above.

  1. 6. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout;

  • Refunds will not be issued in cash;

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after inspection approval;

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Company error.

  1. 7. Replacements

If a replacement is requested and approved:

  • The replacement item will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible;

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

  1. 8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

Initiating unjustified chargebacks without contacting us may result in:

  • Account suspension;

  • Investigation and recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.

  1. 9. Non-Delivery Claims

If you do not receive your order:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date;

  • We will investigate with the courier before issuing any refund or replacement.
